- 1 head broccoli
- 2 teaspoons Blue Band Margarine
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 8 pieces large prawns Deshelled and Deveined
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Combine Fish Sauce, Sugar and Oyster Sauce in a small bowl.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of Blue band Margarine in a pan. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add i teaspoon of Blue Band Margarine, once melted, add in Prawns. Cook for a few minutes or until pink.
- Stir in blanched broccoli.
- Pour over Prawn and Broccoli mixture and quickly stir. Turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
