- 15 pieces chicken wings
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- salt
- half teaspoon crushed pepper
- oil for deep-fat frying
- 1 cup Blue Band margarine
- 2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon paprika
- quater teaspoon black pepper
- Mix chicken wings with all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil and deep fry the chicken wings for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a pot, heat the margarine until it comes to a boil. Turn off the flame and mix the chili powder, paprika, and crushed black pepper into it.
- Mix the fried chicken wings in the sauce and serve.
