Pulled Beef Burgers

- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 kg beef short ribs
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 stock cube
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- lettuce
- Shredded Cabbage and Carrot

- Sear the beef short ribs with salt and black pepper in a pot until browned. Remove the ribs and set aside.
- In the same pot add in onions, garlic, tomato paste, water, stock cube, BBQ Sauce and let it come to a boil. Add back in the short ribs cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
- Pull the meat from the bones. Reduce the sauce in the pot and add back in the meat and mix
- Layer a burger bun with lettuce, the pulled meat, Cheese, shredded cabbage and carrots, mixed with Blue Band Mayonnaise and then top of the bun. Enjoy!
