For the patty
- 2 chicken breast fillets minced
- half onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 half cups water
- 3 tablespoon Blue Band peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Extra:
- cheese slices
- burger buns sliced into half moons
- lettuce
- sliced onions
- crispy bacon
For the chicken patty
- Mix all the ingredients for the patty together . Divide the mixture into 3 parts and form each part into patties
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and place the patty on it. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip. Place a layer of cheese on the patty and let cook for another 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
For the sauce
- Heat oil in a pot and add the ginger and garlic. Then add the water, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Whisk until it becomes slightly thick. Take off the flame.
- To assemble: Toast the burger buns, layer some lettuce, followed by the patty, raw sliced onions, crispy bacon and peanut sauce. Top with the top bun and serve.
