For the Cake Batter
- 250 grams Stork
- 250 grams fine flour
- 250 grams soft brown sugar
- 250 grams whole eggs
- 5 grams orange zest
- 5 grams vanilla extract
For the Frosting
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 500 grams Phase baking margarine, at room temperature
- 500 grams icing sugar
For Cake
- Cream the margarine and sugar together, add the flour and eggs and mix until smooth.
- Bake the cupcakes at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 60 minutes.
For the Frosting
- Beat all ingredients until light and fluffy.
- Top the cooled cupcakes with frosting and decorate as desired.
