Ingredients
 

  • 15 pieces chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • salt
  • half teaspoon crushed pepper
  • oil for deep-fat frying
  • 1 cup Blue Band margarine
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon paprika
  • quater teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  1. Mix chicken wings with all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken wings for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a pot, heat the margarine until it comes to a boil. Turn off the flame and mix the chili powder, paprika, and crushed black pepper into it.
  4. Mix the fried chicken wings in the sauce and serve.
