Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C and line your loaf pan with some parchment paper.
Melt the Blue Band margarine in a pot and set aside to cool slightly.
Add the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat using an electric whisk until pale.
Now add the melted margarine, vanilla essence and yoghurt and beat again.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour half of the batter in a separate bowl and add cocoa powder to it. Whisk until combined.
Pour alternate scoops of the vanilla and chocolate batter into your loaf pan and then dip a butter knife all the way down and move it in a zig zag motion to mix the batters together.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
