- 3 tablespoon Blue Band peanut butter
- 2 medium ripe bananas mashed
- half cup margarine spread melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- In a bowl, beat the peanut butter using an electric mixer until creamy. Add the mashed bananas, margarine, milk, egg and vanilla and beat.
- Add the sugar, flour, cinnamon powder and baking soda and fold it in using a spatula. Once combined, pour the mixture into a greased bread tin and level off with a spatula.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 55-60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into it comes out dry.
- Let cool for 15-20 minutes and then take it out of the bread tin and slice.
