- 3 eggs
- 1 and half cups milk
- half teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon Blue Band margarine
- 1 tablespoon melted Blue Band peanut butter
- sliced bananas
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, sugar and melted margarine. Sieve the mixture.
- Grease a pan on medium heat with Blue Band and add 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the pan and then swirl around.
- Cook for 45 seconds on each side and then fold it into half and then into quarters.
- Serve with a drizzle of Blue Band peanut butter and bananas.
