    Blue Band Spread for Bread is a low-fat spread which is suitable for spreading only. It is a source of 6 good start vitamins; vitamin A, D,B6, B12, Folic Acid & Niacin needed for growth and development.


  • Why doesn’t Spread for Bread melt like Blue Band Original?
    Spread for bread is a low-fat product that is designed to withstand ambient temperatures during transport, distribution and storage in Nigeria.  It may not entirely melt at body temperature. Nevertheless, the melting point is not linked to the digestibility of fats. For example, protein does not melt at body temperature, but we are able to metabolize them in our body. When using Spread for Bread for cooking or frying purposes it does not melt as well as Blue Band Original. Spread for bread is NOT recommended for cooking, frying or baking
