Instructions
Heat Blueband margarine in a pan and add the onions. Let the onions caramelize for 15-20 minutes.
For the burgers, take half of the meat into your hand. Lightly pack the meat together in your palms and once it forms a compact ball, flatter it out on a chopping board. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat Blueband Margarine in a grill and add the meat patty on it. Cook for 10-12 minutes on each side or to your liking.
Add the cheese on the meat and let melt. Set aside.
Cut your burger buns into half, spread some Blueband margarine on it and toast them on a pan.
To assemble, take the bottom of the toasted bun, spread a layer of mayonnaise followed by lettuce, tomato, meat patty, caramelized onions and top with the top bun. Serve.
